Part of our training center vision is to help create better QA professionals and foster a true QA community for testers across the world to engage and learn. That’s one of the main reasons we offer the best and brightest students multiple internship opportunities at the Learnix Tree Center. Whether they are ready to embark on a new career or just test the waters, we welcome eager minds to join our team. By doing so, they are actively participating with and adding to a synergistic team that has varied skills, education, viewpoints, and experiences.
Interns have the opportunity to learn from senior QA experts.
By utilizing interns, the Learnix Tree Center can actively shape the next generation of quality professionals and give them real-world experience while teaching valuable skills.
We both welcome and desire interns to assist us in putting quality first and reinventing the QA community.
How to Join
Nobody asks for interns with no technical and/or no communication skills. There is no QA Manager and no company that calls Learnix Tree Center and asks for people with bad attitudes, not willing to work hard, interested in entitlements rather than learning opportunities.
Here are the requirements you will meet to qualify for the internship placement:
being in a good standing financially (tuition paid in full)
being in a good standing academically (getting no less than 70% score on tests)
passing Mock Interview (questions and answers are provided)
passing the Internship Clearance procedure focusing on performance (rather than knowledge)
in some cases, the Clearance comes from project leads or/and instructors who can recommend you based on continuous performance in class and/or on projects
As part of the training, our staff members conducting Mock Interviews and the Internship Clearance Interview will provide students with feedback and exact recommendations on how to improve the results.
There is just one more requirement coming out of that:
After each internship interview, the graduate is required to report the interview questions along with her answers, so we can work on eliminating the weaknesses - we know the questions, actually. We need to know your answers.
